Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the DrawRabbit app, published by PLOREC LTD (company number 10527882), Manchester, United Kingdom. By using the app you accept them.

What DrawRabbit gives you

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and its lessons to learn to draw. The drawings you make are yours entirely — draw them, share them, sell them, we make no claim on your work.

What stays ours

The lesson videos, narration, artwork and the app itself belong to PLOREC LTD. Please don't copy, redistribute or republish them.

Subscriptions in the app

• The first lesson is free. DrawRabbit Pro unlocks the rest.
• Pro is offered weekly, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within that 24-hour window.
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy, not by us.

Gifts bought on drawrabbit.com

When a child sends you a drawing from DrawRabbit, you can send them DrawRabbit Pro back from the gift's page. These terms cover that purchase.

• Gifts are sold by PLOREC LTD. Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency, with tax included where we charge it. Payment is taken by Stripe.
• A year of DrawRabbit Pro is one payment. It doesn't renew, and it ends a year after you pay.
• Monthly DrawRabbit Pro renews each month until you cancel. Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt; Pro continues to the end of the month you've paid for, then stops.
• The gift is for the child who sent you the drawing, in the DrawRabbit app they sent it from. It unlocks the next time the app opens. Gifts carry no message from you.
• Your receipt has a restore code. If the child gets a new device or reinstalls DrawRabbit, enter it in the app (Settings → Restore a gift) to move the gift across. A gift can move up to five times; write to us after that.
• If the child already has Pro, the page won't sell you a gift. If two people pay for the same child at once, the second payment is refunded automatically.
• Changed your mind? Write to hello@drawrabbit.com within 14 days of paying for a full refund. A refund ends the gift, and its restore code stops working.
• If something goes wrong with a gift, write to us and we'll put it right.

DrawRabbit Pro bought on drawrabbit.com

You can also buy DrawRabbit Pro on our website, for yourself or for someone in your family. These terms cover that purchase.

• It's sold by PLOREC LTD. Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency, with tax included where we charge it. Payment is taken by Stripe.

• After you pay, you get a code, on the page and by email. Pro unlocks in the DrawRabbit app on the iPhone or iPad where the code is entered (Settings → Restore a gift), or where the link in the email is opened. The same code moves Pro to a new device, up to five times; write to us after that.
• Changed your mind? Write to hello@drawrabbit.com within 14 days of paying for a full refund. A refund ends Pro, and the code stops working.
• If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll put it right.

Fair expectations

DrawRabbit teaches drawing; it cannot guarantee any particular result. Lessons are added over time and the library will change. We may update or improve lessons, and occasionally retire one.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PLOREC LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under UK law.

Ending things

You may stop using DrawRabbit at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if these terms are seriously breached.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
