Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the DrawRabbit app, published by PLOREC LTD (company number 10527882), Manchester, United Kingdom. By using the app you accept them.

What DrawRabbit gives you

A personal, non-transferable licence to use the app and its lessons to learn to draw. The drawings you make are yours entirely — draw them, share them, sell them, we make no claim on your work.

What stays ours

The lesson videos, narration, artwork and the app itself belong to PLOREC LTD. Please don't copy, redistribute or republish them.

Subscriptions

• The first lesson is free. DrawRabbit Pro unlocks the rest.
• Pro is offered weekly, monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within that 24-hour window.
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings on your device, under your Apple Account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy, not by us.

Fair expectations

DrawRabbit teaches drawing; it cannot guarantee any particular result. Lessons are added over time and the library will change. We may update or improve lessons, and occasionally retire one.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, PLOREC LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under UK law.

Ending things

You may stop using DrawRabbit at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if these terms are seriously breached.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
